Send us a message with your request and location. We will respond with availability and confirm the reservation and price.
You will be assigned a security password phrase that you will need to produce in future communications.
2. Make a payment
To ensure our client’s privacy, we will request a payment through the Telegram App. To avoid a paper trail, we highly recommend that you use a gift card, which is available through a local retailer or online.
Reminder: If you make a payment using a debit or credit card, this information will be reflected on your bank statements.
2. Buy a lock
Dim-Zero will never have access to your unit. You must buy a lock (either key or combination) and secure the door, crate, or container yourself. Again, we suggest using a gift card for this transaction since using your own debit or credit card will leave a paper trail.
We will provide you with the appropriate facility access code, if applicable.
3. Access your storage space
Place your items into the unit and lock it up. You will have access to your unit for the full duration of your storage term. Initial storage term is 3 months. Additional storage terms are in 6-month incriments.
4. Renew your storage term or remove your items.
Before the end of your storage term, you must contact Dim-Zero via Telegram to extend the storage term or remove your items.
Dim-Zero will contact you via Telegram one week before the end of the term to ask if you want to extend, and if not, will remind you to remove your items by the end term date.
It is your responsibility to keep track of dates.
